2. Custom Gift Wrapping Services

2.1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for your complete satisfaction with our gift wrapping services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our wrapping service, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the wrapped item.

2.2. Refund Policy for Gift Wrapping

Due to the custom and consumable nature of gift wrapping services, we generally do not offer refunds once a gift has been wrapped. However, if there are significant issues with the quality of our work that do not meet our advertised standards, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Re-wrapping the gift at no additional cost
  • A partial or full refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue
  • Credit toward future services

2.3. Documentation Required

To process any claim regarding gift wrapping services, we may request photographs of the wrapped gift to assess the issue. This helps us improve our services and address your specific concerns.

3. Handmade Gifts and Products

3.1. Inspection Period

We recommend inspecting any handmade products immediately upon receipt. If you notice any defects or issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

3.2. Return Eligibility

Handmade items may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The item received is significantly different from what was described or shown
  • The item was damaged during shipping (please also contact the shipping provider if applicable)

Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or finish are inherent to handmade items and are not considered defects.

3.3. Return Process

To initiate a return for eligible handmade items:

  2. Provide your order details and a description or photos of the issue
  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item
  4. Return the item in its original packaging if possible

3.4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Custom Orders and Personalized Items

Custom-designed or personalized items that have been made to your specifications are generally not eligible for return unless there is a significant manufacturing defect. This includes:

  • Personalized gift sets
  • Custom-designed handmade items
  • Items created with materials specifically sourced for your order

We will work with you to resolve any quality issues with custom orders on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellations

5.1. Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received before we begin work on your order. For standard services, this is typically within 24 hours of order placement.

5.2. Cancellation Fees

If we have already begun work on your order, cancellation may be subject to a fee based on the work completed and materials used. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Exceptions and Limitations

This return policy does not cover:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt
  • Perishable items such as fresh flowers or food items
  • Items returned after the specified timeframes without prior agreement
  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer

7. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law. For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to certain exceptions for custom-made goods and services that have already been performed.
